Interlibrary Loan Request Form.

Please use this form to request items that Gravenhurst Public Library does not own.

• Items must be 6 months or older. Some items might not be available at all.
• Only a maxium of 3 items may be request or loaned at one time.
• We use Canada Post to send and receive each item.  You may experience some wait times. 
• There will be no renewals for any item that we loan for patrons. 
• We will be working with other libraries to bring our patrons what they are looking for, but with the understanding that every library has their own rules and procedures.  This will increase the time it takes to bring in items for patrons.
