The Historic Gravenhurst Train Station building has vacant commercial space in Unit 1 that is available for lease. The Town is looking for expressions of interest from businesses that are seeking to operate a sustainable business in the space.

The Train Station Building is located at 1501 Second St. S, directly across from Gull Lake Rotary Park. The Province of Ontario is reinstating passenger rail service from Toronto to Timmins with stops in Muskoka including the Gravenhurst Train Station. The service is anticipated to launch in the mid-2020s.
